All prices on this website contain 20% VAT. Please notice that we reserve the right to change prices on products.
Your rights as a consumer
Delivery Time
We always try to delivery an item within the delivery time stated on the item at the time of purchase. Occasionally, delays can occur as we deal with hundreds of suppliers all over the world. Should a delay happen, we try our utmost to keep you updated via email and your "Order Status" in "Your Account" area.
Delivery cost
Freight and other delivery charges depend on where you are resident and the delivery address. The freight and other delivery charges will always be clearly stated in the purchase process. No other cost will be added to your transaction - unless you use our partly delivery option. Partly orders are looked upon as a separate order.
Returning an item
As a consumer you can return any item within 14 days from the date when you received the item - this is regardless of the reason for your return. The item must be in mint condition. You must pay for the return freight.
Faulty items
If you receive an item which is not the one your ordered - or a faulty item - you can return it to Artica and we will refund you the freight cost.
Payment methods
Credit card
We charge your credit card once the order leaves the warehouse - not a second before. Your card company may make a reservation for the purchase amount, but this is their policy and not ours. If a reservation is made, but no items are shipped within 10 days, the reservation is released again.
Corporate Credit Account
If you have a corporate credit account with Artica Worldwide, you will receive an invoice together with the shipped items.
Privacy & safety at Artica Worldwide
Privacy Statement
Artica Worldwide never share information with any third parties meaning that your privacy is completely intact when doing business with Artica.
Safety
Our servers are highly secure and uses 128-bit SSL encryption whenever you input your credit card details. We don't store your credit card details at any time, but only use it to obtain a reference at the time of purchase.
Miscellaneous
Legal information
Artica cannot be made liable for anything not legally forescribed within the laws of United Kingdom Any legal dispute must be solved in a United Kingdom Court under the UK Consumer Act. Artica Worldwide will enforce customers rights in accordance to the EU consumer protection directive.
